Classes are part of Feirstein Graduate School of Cinema, and take place in Steiner Studios in the Brooklyn Navy Yard

Feirstein Graduate School of Cinema educates a diverse student body in the art and craft of filmmaking, music making, and storytelling in a hands-on, collaborative environment that mirrors the professional world. The extraordinary faculty and staff, made up largely of working members of the film, media and music industries, encourages students to discover their authentic voices and guides them toward a wide variety of careers.

Feirstein School is based in the heart of Downtown Brooklyn at the Brooklyn Navy Yard and is a part of Brooklyn College and The City University of New York (CUNY).Steiner Studios are the premiere motion picture stages in the New York City area, and some of the nicest in the world.

Students will attend class in the historic 25 Washington Building, known for it’s iconic radio towers, lit up at night.

Steiner is near to the food court at Building 77, a coffee shop, pizza slicery, and a short walk from the food options on Myrtle.

Nightlife in Williamsburg and Clinton Hill isn’t far away.
